I work to balance the resources and playbooks necessary to deliver evidence-based, customer-centric solutions that fuel business growth across experimentation, product generation, and service innovation.

Currently, I'm leading product design and research for the fintech trading platform, Public, serving a community of over 2 million retail investors.

Previously, I led the design team responsible for SoFi's consumer lending and partnership businesses - supporting a product ecosystem delivering over $500m+ in annual revenue.
