I help designers manage objectives, prioritize, navigate trade-offs, and create customer experiences that offer the highest likelihood for success.

STRATEGIC DESIGNER

As a designer, my strengths lie in a test and learn approach to helping uncover and align human needs to experience innovations and product strategies. I’ve spent the bulk of the last seven years in fintech where I’ve worked to simplify and differentiate complex, regulated, high-consideration product experiences for consumers making financial decisions.

From the facilitation of discovery processes to the distillation of insights into experience visions, I’ve led with an end-to-end, service design perspective that in-turn helps generate the right tactical experience decisions not just within the product itself, but along the entire customer journey.

PROCESS ADVOCATE

I believe a strong team is an engine for decision making, and our shared process is the structure that drives alignment, efficiency, and results.

To achieve that level of collaboration, I help designers work with cross-functional partners to create a process that allows the team to plan and define clear priorities related to customer needs and business goals, and to make data-driven, evidence-based decisions. I also champion human-centered design and design thinking practices in my organizations by breaking silos and including wide groups of stakeholders in our design process.
